Greyhound Community Night | August 18
Greyhound Community Night will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 inside the Shippensburg Area Senior High School track area. From 5 PM to 7 PM, there will be lots of food, drinks, and spirit wear to buy from the booster clubs. At 7 PM, starts the pep rally portion of community night. This will include recognition of last year’s champions, a few brief speeches, marching band and cheerleaders performances, and the fall sports team’s coaches and captains will speak on the upcoming season. It will be a great night filled with Greyhound Pride!
You will also be able to purchase your reserved seats for the home football games and Greyhound season passes for home sporting events.
Booster Club Item (all proceeds stay with the respective Booster Club)
Field Hockey: Cotton Candy and Water
Football: Chick-fil-A Sandwiches and Rita’s Ice.
Soccer: Walking Tacos, Cheese Nachos, Soda, Tea and Water.
Cross Country: Krispy Kreme Donuts
Cheerleading: Hot Dogs and Lemonade
Wrestling: Hamburgers, French Fries, Bottled Ice Tea
Volleyball: Baked Potato w/topping, candy and drinks
Golf: Chicken Corn Soup and putt putt game
Band: Root Beer Floats, Brownie Sundaes and merchandise up-cycled from marching band uniforms
Baseball: Pizza, Water, Chicken dinner tickets, Baseball hats
Basketball: Setting up a basketball shooting game
Swimming: Pulled Pork Sandwiches with chips and a drink
GFAC: Magnets, Growl towels, and Yard Signs
