2018 Sunflower Field Outside of Chambersburg
There is a Sunflower Field just outside of Chambersburg again this year. Each year, farmers at Lesher Poultry Farm plant the sunflowers in a different location. The 2018 location is Marion Road (both sides). Marion Road is off Interstate 81, Exit 10.
Update: August 27, 2018 – The Sunflowers are in bloom!
Please remember to pull over safety as you view these flowers. Visitors should not park on the road or in driveways. There are unplanted places to park in the field.
In the past, the sunflowers have been turned into birdseed when they turn brown.
