Surplus City Opening in Chambersburg
Surplus City will be opening a location in Chambersburg. The new store will open in April/May at 875 Lincoln Way West, the former Shop ‘n Save (Food Lion) location.
The store specializes in retail and wholesale items from mufflers, nuts, bolts, chain and rope to crafts, baskets, fabric and foam rubber. The discount store purchases surplus items, factory overruns, buybacks and closeouts, but also buys directly from factories and wholesale distributors.
Surplus City currently operates three retail stores in Central Pennsylvania (Altoona, Williamsport and Carlisle) and a fourth in LaVale, MD.
