Hope Day (FREE Backpack, School Supplies, Groceries) | August 8, 2020
Hope Day 2020 is an event to bless the community and children as they prepare for a new school year. On Saturday, August 8, from 10 AM to Noon, volunteers from For Chambersburg will set up a drive-through at Southgate Shopping Center in Chambersburg. The event will feature FREE backpacks, FREE school supplies, and a bag full of FREE groceries. Children must be present to receive a backpack and supplies.
Note: You do not have to reside in Chambersburg, PA to participate in this event. All are welcome!
This is a For Chambersburg sponsored event that features a collection of area churches and organizations working together to spread hope, bless the community, and be ‘For Chambersburg.’
