Central PA Chainsaw Carvers Festival | Shippensburg Fairgrounds

Central PA’s second annual Chainsaw Carvers Festival will be held Thursday, Friday, Saturday, April 21, 22, and 23, 2022, at Shippensburg Fairgrounds. The festival is presented by the Shippensburg Area Chamber of Commerce. It will feature professional chainsaw carving artists with carvings for sale, carving competition, ax throwing, sculpture auction, food trucks, and more! 

Bring the entire family and see what all the buzz is about! The festival’s hours on April 21 will be 4 PM to 8 PM, April 22, 3 PM to 7 PM, and April 23, 11 AM to 7 PM. Online tickets may be purchased via Eventbrite here.

Advance ticket pricing: $5/person per day, $12 – full event pass (all three days), free under age six.

Day-of tickets will be $10/person per day or $20 for a full event pass.

Chainsaw carving artists include Richard Hamilton, Daniel Howell, Daniel Denton, Paul Schlesing, Kevin Treat, Edgard Diaz, Scott Leederman, Kate Mack, Joel Mack, Josh Miller, Danny Kissel, Jason Stoner, Joe Wenal, Mitchell Fraker, Kyle Thomas, David Learn, Dan Hartley, Brooks Abeln, Justin Driver, Michael Davis, Matthew Dietrich, James McGrath, Scott Jackson, and Angelito Baban.

Vendors include Redemption BBQ, Rebelz Mobile Cuisine, Shuman’s Concessions, Italian Job Food Truck, Ox Dynasty, LLC – Pennsylvania Hickory Syrup, Rustic Products, Jack & Joan’s Kettle Corn, Cutting Edge Design, LLC, and Blue Door Thrift Store.

The Shippensburg Fairground is located at 10131 Possum Hollow Rd, Shippensburg, PA.
