Pennsylvania Fish-for-Free Days | May 30 & July 4

The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission will offer two Fish-For-Free Days this year when anyone can fish, even without a state fishing license.  The 2021 dates are Sunday, May 30, and Sunday, July 4 (Independence Day).

Residents and nonresidents can legally fish on Pennsylvania waterways from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on the designated days without a fishing license or permits. No trout/salmon or Lake Erie permits are required either. All other Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and other fishing regulations still apply.  Read more here:  https://www.fishandboat.com/Fish/FishingRegulations/Pages/FishForFreeDay.aspx
