Shippensburg University & Wilson College | Summer Camps for Children & Teens

Shippensburg University and Wilson College both offer Summer Camps! Enrollment is now OPEN for both!

While they do not necessary fit under “Frugal”, they do provide an opportunity to explore different topics in a fun, yet educational way. Camps run approximately $200/week or more.

According to its website, Shippensburg University offers a variety of summer camps designed to improve athletic skills, provide academic enrichment, and to explore new and exciting activities. Camps in a variety of sports and academic disciplines are available to boys and girls ages 8 – 17 years in both residential and commuter plans. Find them all here!

Wilson College will once again offer their SEEDS Program.  Each SEEDS camper will receive instruction through 4 different courses that will teach them skills and knowledge they can use in everyday life.  Course options include Intro to Photography, Science Fair, Drama, Spanish, Improv, Garage Band, ceramics and more. Who can attend: SEEDS accepts children who have just completed grades K-6
