Touch-A-Truck | Newville Lions Club Fairgrounds
UPDATE: The Touch-A-Truck / Taking it to the Streets event is cancelled today due to the weather!
Touch-A-Truck is scheduled for Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Newville Lions Club Fairgrounds. The FREE event is organized by the Big Spring Kiwanis Club in cooperation with the Newville Lions Club and United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County.
Kids of all ages are invited to see over 30 trucks including tractors and emergency vehicles! Come and climb, run around, sit in, and HONK horns (10AM – 11AM horn-free hour for children sensitive to noise). Every child will also receive a FREE book.
Pancake Breakfast 8AM – 10AM (free courtesy of Newville Lions Club)
Eye Screening 9AM – 2PM
Touch-A-Truck 10AM – 2PM
Taking it to The Street (with Community Service Agencies) 10AM – 2PM
Concession Stand 10AM – 2PM. Food (hot dogs, french fries, drinks) available for purchase.
The Newville Lions Fairgrounds is located on Route 533 at 433 Shippensburg Road.
