Greencastle Artisans in the Park festival will be held Sat., Sept 12 and Sun., Sept 13 from 10 am – 4 pm. The festival is outdoors at Jerome King Playground, 240 N. Carlisle Street, Greencastle. Rain or shine. Musicians & Bands, Food Vendors, Artisans, Beer Tasting, Kids Korner.

The Gettysburg Wine Festival will be held this weekend in historic Gettysburg.  Savor the flavors of hundreds of wines from 25 wineries and enjoy great live music, food and wares from specialty vendors. Saturday, September 12 & Sunday, September 13 from Noon to 6 p.m. at Gateway Gettysburg Complex – 95 Presidential Circle. Proper ID is required. The 2015 York Fair will be held Friday, September 11th – Sunday, September 20th.  The fair will feature food, exhibits, entertainment, vendors, children’s activities, rides, and games.   Check out all the promo days, concert line-up, and all the fun HERE!

Free concert by Jerry Rigged on Saturday at 5 p.m. for the last Second Saturday in the Park event at Fort Chambers Park, Chambersburg on Sept. 12th.  Followed by a free showing of the classic 1950’s Cinderella movie at dusk as part of the Downtown Summer Movie Series. UPDATE:  Due to the weather, the movie will be shown next Saturday night, 9/19.

22nd Annual Fairy Festival will be held Saturday, September 12th &  Sunday, September 13th 10 am -4 pm in the Herb Gardens of The Rosemary House and Sweet Remembrances, 120 S. Market St., Mechanicsburg, PACrafts and activities, stories, bubbles, and music. Perfect for children ages 3 – 11.  For more information including cost go to Fly to the Fairy Festival!

Cumberland Goodwill EMS is hosting Touch-A-Truck event at the Carlisle Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 12th from 10am-2pm. Trucks and vehicles of all shapes, sizes, and purposes will be open for hands-on exploration. FREE family fun for all ages.

Rural Heritage Festival at Rock Hill Farm, 12995 Bain Road, Mercersburg, PA will be held September 12 (10 am – 5 pm) and September 13 (11 am to 4pm).  The living history event features music, displays of farm machinery, demonstrations of rural crafts, activities for children, vendors, food and more. $5, children ages 12 and under free. There will be a Puppy Paddle at the Chambersburg Municipal Pool on Saturday, Sept. 12th from 10 am – 1 pm. Bring your furry friend to the pool before it officially closes. Fun contests. Maximum of 2 dogs per adult. Proof of vaccinations and county license needed at time of entrance. Cost $4/dog.

The MOMS Club of Chambersburg West is hosting the Summit Oncology Bridge Fund Benefit Craft & Vendor Event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at the Franklin Fire Company, 158 W. King St., Chambersburg. Admission is free.

Autism Awareness Fair will be held Saturday, Sept. 12th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Chambersburg Area Middle School South. Individuals with autism, their families, friends, loved ones and care providers are invited for fun games and sensory activities, free refreshments, and entertainment by Phantom Shadow. The event will be held rain or shine.

Two Times Around Children’s & Maternity Consignment event at Blue Heron Events (407 S. Washington Street, Greencastle PA) will held on SEPT 10th & 11th 10am – 7pm and SEPT 12 (select items 1/2 off) 8 AM- NOON

Stoner’s Dairy Farm, 7678 Oellig Rd, Mercersburg, offers plenty of weekend Fall farm activities.  Corn maze, hay rides, petting zoo & more.  Hours are Fridays 7 – 10 pm (Flashlight Maze), Saturday, noon – 10 pm & Sunday noon – 5 pm. Please visit their website for details.

The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire: Children’s Fantasy at Mount Hope Estate will be held Sept. 12 & 13. The Faire features costumed characters, themed entertainment, music, dancing, 90 shows daily, royal kitchens, artisan merchants, and handcrafted wares. Mount Hope Estate is located in Northern Lancaster County at 2775 Lebanon Road, Manheim, PA. The event is rain or shine.  Gates open 11 am and close at 8 pm. $15 Admission with Service ID – Service members, EMTs, Police, Firefighters, etc. and their immediate family members receive special admission price this weekend. Celebrate Labor Day Monday at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire with 2-for-1 adult admission with coupon from Turkey Hill.

Cumberland Drive-In Theatre, 3290 Ritner Highway, Newville. Friday, Saturday September 11th & 12th  1st Feature: Transporter Refueled; 2nd Feature: Ricki and the Flash Gates Open at 7 p.m.  First feature begins at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Michael’s Kids Club is every Saturday from 10 am – Noon for ages 3 and up. For $2 your child can make a seasonal craft for 30 minutes while you shop!  On Saturday, Sept. 12th the children will be making a Bird Feeder. Sign up at Classes & Events | Michaels Stores.

North Square Farmers Market, 50 N. Main Street, Chambersburg continues on Saturday, Sept. 12th from 8 a.m. to noon.  Over twenty local vendors will offer local produce as well as cheeses, breads, fresh-cut flowers, baked goods, handmade soaps, & MORE. Children ages 3 -12 can sign up for POP (Power of Produce) Club.  Members receive $2 in tokens per market visit to be used on produce or vegetable plant.
