Chambersburg’s July 4th Schedule of Events

Chambersburg’s 4th of July fireworks and festivities will be held at Chambersburg Memorial Park, 1 Memorial Drive.
On July 4, the Cumberland Valley 21 Day Retreat will host activities throughout the day at Memorial Park. A Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Cruise In is scheduled from Noon – 4PM and is open to all years, makes, and models. All vehicles must be driven onto the show field. The day of event registration fee is $5 per vehicle. Food stands will be available (hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, and drinks). At 7:30PM, listen to the patriotic sounds of the Mercersburg Community Band in the band shell on the west end of the park. The “low show” fireworks (best viewed from inside the park) will begin at 9:30PM.

7:30 PM—9:30PM Mercersburg Community Band Concert
Approximately 9:30PM Annual Fireworks Display
The Chambersburg Aquatic Center will also be open July 4 with special activities such as duck races, slide races, and a greased watermelon contest. The facility will open at Noon for season passholders and 1PM for everyone else. It will close one hour early at 7PM (July 4 only).
