Coy Public Libary’s Summer Learning Program 2021
Every year Coy Public Library in Shippensburg offers programs designed to keep children reading and learning ALL summer! The programs are FREE, and your child can earn prizes.
This year Coy Public Libary’s Summer Learning Program is Tails and Tales! Registration for the reading challenge opened May 1 at shipreads.org. This year, you can choose to log minutes or days that you have read. Logging starts on June 1 and goes through August 7.
- Board Book Buddies (0-4)
- Picture Book Pals (5–11)
- Fairytale Fanatics (12–18)
- Literary Legends (18+)
The goals are to read for 60 days of the summer (all ages) OR 400 minutes (Ages 0–4), 600 minutes (Ages 5–11), 800 minutes (Ages 12–18), and 1,000 minutes (Ages 18+). This year for participants 0-18, you will earn tokens to redeem at The Happy Tails Prize Shop.
