Demolition Derby at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds
The Shippensburg Demolition Derby will be held Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 7:30 PM. The annual event at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds features local drivers who deliberately ram their vehicles into one another. The last driver whose vehicle is still operational is awarded the victory.
This year, classes include full-size, 4 and 6 cylinder cars, and a mini-van heat.
Admission: $10
Ages 7-11: $5
Children 6 & under admitted free.
Food vendors will be on site. Don’t forget your lawn chairs, blankets, and cash (in previous years, this has been a cash-only event).
The rain date is Sunday, September 4, at 3 PM.
The Shippensburg fairgrounds is at 10131 Possum Hollow Road.
