Hersheypark Christmas Candylane is now open daily through January 1, 2023

Hersheypark is now open daily for Christmas Candylane until January 1, 2023 (closed Christmas Day). Christmas Candylane is a festive experience for all ages with five million lights, coasters, rides, sweet treats, Santa & his reindeer, and a NOEL light show.

Five Million Lights and a Choreographed NOEL Light Show

Hersheypark is simply beautiful, bedazzled in five million sparkling lights. It is easy to find the perfect backdrop for a holiday photo. Favorite options include the Kisses Fountain, Ferris Wheel, or the Kissman Tree. In addition, the NOEL light show features more than 250,000 lights choreographed to Christmas music. The show begins each night at 5 PM and runs every 30 minutes. We opted to ride the Skyview to watch NOEL light show (we missed the timing slightly, though), but it was a unique perspective.

Six Coasters and select Rides

Rides for all ages are open during Christmas Candylane. Weather permitting, ride six coasters – Jolly Rancher Remix, Candymonium, Wild Mouse, sooperdooperLooper, Cocoa Cruiser, and Laff Trakk. If you are not a thrill seeker, do not worry; you have options! Enjoy a scenic ride with plenty of lights on the Dry Gulch Railroad or the elevated Monorail. The classic Ferris Wheel is decked out in lights and has beautiful views of Hersheypark from 100 feet. Be sure to download the Hersheypark app for a real-time listing of ride availability and wait times.

Santa’s Nine Reindeer, including Rudolph

Santa’s nine reindeer make an appearance nightly! It is undoubtedly a magical experience for children as you listen to their excitement in line. Santa’s Stables are in Pioneer Frontier Catering near the Fahrenheit coaster during all hours of operation through January 1.

Hot Chocolate, King Size Shakes, and Food

A day in Hersheypark would not be complete without sweet treats! Read about all the food offerings at the park with prices HERE.
